Who we are

Gaia Cooling B.V., based in Den Haag, is responsible for processing personal data through this website. Questions can be sent to svisser@gaiacooling.com.

What data and why

When you fill in the form, we process the details you enter: name, company, email address, phone number, site postcode and the information about the refrigerant. We use them only to respond to your request and to perform any resulting agreement. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it.

Retention

Requests that don't lead to an agreement are kept for up to two years. Data needed for waste records is kept as long as the law requires, at least five years.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We only share it with parties needed to carry out your request, such as a carrier or processor, and with our hosting providers. Forms are stored with Supabase and the website runs on Vercel.

Statistics

We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifiable personal data.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your data by emailing svisser@gaiacooling.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
